- In charge of the region sales objectives and plans.Leading and guiding its team in line with the company mission and objectives
- Excute sales plans and objectives
- Creative business developement of the regain to amplify customer base and opportunities
- Monitor, coordinate train and motivate team to reach targets and grow revenue
- Problem solving of any commercial mater and customer satisfaction
- Direct contact with the sales management group to support the company sales targets, developments & strategy
- Work closely with Product/Technical department for material & product offer strategy to costumer
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Reporting and communication through the diferent sales units

- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 to 8 years' experience similar position
- Expertise in the sector and region
- Operational leadership, planning and organizational skills
- Able to meet and set targets
- Strong Analytics of the Market
- Costumer centric solution and service
- Communications and presentation skills
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office
- English proficiency
