Mô Tả Công Việc
Job Purpose: To support RE, Account Executive (AE) and Sales Co-Ordinators by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff.
Scope: The Commercial Department in Abbott Core Diagnostic Division
As the sales management teams are mainly out of the office the post holder works mainly on their own initiative and requires a common sense approach to their work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide secretarial assistance to sale team and Sales Co-Coordinators producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
2. Support for sale team to prepare tender: review product list, check price, and document prepare (coordinate with marketing Dept, finance Dept, regulatory, distributors,…)
3. Sale expense record: support to sale team do sale expense report and record.
4. Support sale activities: Prepare material for BDs, GPs, RTDs, training: prepare document, printing, invitation letter, booking transportation, hotel, restaurant…..
5. Assistant for RM & AEs to prepare sale report dashboard (monthly, weekly), sale proposals…..
6. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
7. Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.

Mức lương
Từ 11 đến 15 triệu
