A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible to generate sales analysis reports (sales report in total, sales report by regions, sales representatives’ performance, outlets’ sales performance, etc.…) by analyzing sales data to provide insights for continuous sales effectiveness and efficiency - Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annually sales reports of SFE implementation to HOS and whenever it is requested- Lead the entire SEF process for flawless deployments in supporting sales force for effective sales operation- Support Management in setting up sales target and developing sales compensation plan such as sales KPI and sales incentive schemes to motivate sales force for achieving sales target easily - Monitor sales incentive programs and sales scheme announcements and ensuring it reaches to Sales Team on time.- Facilitate to pay incentives to sales force/customers such as calculating Sales Team KPI incentives (%), etc…- Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Management.

A. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION- Any Degree Holder - 2+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role in the Sales Department.B. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES- Equally confident in English and Vietnamese - Strong understanding of Sales - Exceptional administration and multi-tasking skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet - Self-motivated, interpersonal, and communication skills- Willing to learn and take extra work, and working under pressure
