- Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote the hotel’s brand, services, and events. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and traditional advertising to maximize brand visibility.
- Sales Management: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets through strategic planning, account management, and building relationships with corporate, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Revenue and Pricing Analytics: Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to optimize pricing strategies for rooms, events, and other hotel services to maximize revenue.
- Event and Promotion Coordination: Design and execute promotional campaigns and events that attract guests and increase brand loyalty. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful execution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, including VIP guests and corporate accounts, to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer demands to position MetroLux effectively in the market.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the General Manager and other senior leaders to align sales and marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Public Relations and Representation: Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to build MetroLux’s reputation as a luxury destination.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles within the hospitality industry, preferably at 4- or 5-star hotels.
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, and customer relationship management.
- In-depth understanding of sales pipeline management, digital marketing strategies, and hospitality trends.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (required); additional foreign languages (Chinese, Korean, French, etc.) are a plus.
