Sales And Operation Executive - Music School

HA NOI LOCATIONI. Job Description:1- Key responsibilities and dutiesSALES – 70%:• Develop customer sources and make up lists of potential partners from various sources. Identify quality and consult potential customers, ensure that they can become company’s partners – focusing on Northern part of Vietnam• Prepare, make contract and maintain the relationship with franchise owner• Support to develop and contract along with franchise agreement and local regulations• Coordinate and support music school activities/events• Ensure overall effective, qualification & relationship management with music school partner• In charge of developing and establishing partnerships with Kindergarten/Montessori/ Private & Intl. SchoolsOPERATION – 30%:• Provide initial and necessary training for partners to execute curriculum• Maintain and analyze records of franchise performance metrics and data with effective solutions• Visit/ Consult/ Motivate dealers to reach the company’s target• Execute company marketing activities and promotion campaigns• Check inventories (Textbooks, POSM etc.), monthly enrollment forecast and facility maintenance• Other tasks assigned by line manager
