To expand our business, we are looking for a qualified candidate with following details:- Communicate with customers and related parties to gather all necessary information like shipping instructions, delivery time, booking details related to import/export shipment.- Coordinate with shipping agent to arrange booking and import-export procedure to deliver goods timely to customers.- Prepare and review all shipping documents, L/C to ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.- Monitor and track shipments to ensure that all necessary documents are in place and that shipments are progressing as planned.- Check and collect all logistics costs of shipment and update timely in the month.- Use FAST system to operate purchase & sales management.- Maintain accurate records and files of all export/import documentation and related correspondence.- Work with Sales Team to resolve any issues/problems during shipment time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Age around 25 years old- Male or Female- College/University degree (Prefer to Export / Import major/experience)- Good in English both oral and written.- Good communications & negotiations.- Logical thinking.- Good ability in reporting and explaining.- Intention to work for long time (many years).- Able to work under high pressure.SALARY AND BENEFITS- Working from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm- Bonus achievement yearly in June- Annual Salary reviewal- 18 days Annual leave and 3 days medical leave- Full social insurance by actual salary under Local Labor Law- Annual health check-up- Travel Allowances for business trip- Personal Accidence Insurance 24/24- Travel Mate Insurance (oversea)- Company trip once per year.REQUIRED DOCUMENTS- CV should be English with face picture.- If you have any achievement of excellent results in sports, art, music, volunteer etc, please share in detail with certificate or evidence of result.RECRUITMENT PROCESS- 2-3 rounds interviewPROBATION PERIOD- 60 days
