Mô Tả Công Việc
• Provide administrative support to Sales department, Control, mange and order department stationeries
• Prepare attendant records for monthly payroll, duty calendar for Saturdays, and other related duties
• Support all Sales Managers on their administrative work (Taxi reports, Sales reports, Booker Program, ANAIS Production reports, Orges, .. etc)
• Assist Sales Managers in maintaining database to ensure all information are accurate and updated.
• Assist to liaise closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of sales activities.
• Assist Sales Managers with travel arrangement plans and related activities.
• Assist Banquet Sales/Corporate sales/Leisure sales team with following duties:
- Prepare and follow up proposals, contract, liquidation contract, deposit, group run down, action plan…
- Telesales, sales blitz
- Meeting and events guests comments reports
- Check setup of function rooms before events start, check rooms before VIP arrivals,…
• Assist to sell all facets of the hotel
• Conduct site inspection, client meetings if required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Freshly graduated from Hospitality/ Business Administration/ Marketing/ Event Major
- Related professional experience, preferable in hotel environment
- Energetic, passionate, good customer service and time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
