We are looking for a proactive Sales Developer to grow our Chinese-speaking customer base across the region. You will play a key role in daily communication, managing offers, and supporting customers in Vietnam, and beyond.Based in HCMC, you will frequently visit customers in Binh Duong, Dong Nai and Hanoi areas with project to develop opportunities in nearby country (Cambodia).You will work with a foreigner manager and oversea collaboratorsKey Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential Chinese-speaking customers in VietnamConduct sales meeting to customers both in person or over a videoconferenceMaintain strong relationships via WeChat, Zalo, email, and phoneCreate and send daily offers and stock updates in Chinese/EnglishTranslate and localize product information and documentationCoordinate with internal teams to manage order flow and stockAttend industry events and support on-ground sales when needed

Fluent (writing and speaking) in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, and EnglishExperience in B2B sales, trading, or import/export, with a proven track record – minimum 10 years experienceStrong communication and negotiation skillsFamiliar with tools like Excel, WeChat, email marketing, or CRMAbility to work within a small team, able to interact and collaborate with all levels in the organization whilst also being able to work autonomouslyGood negotiation, time management, presentation and problem-solving skillsHighly organized and proactive, able to handle fast-moving work
