The Sales Direct will be responsible for selling products in all categories, responsible for the preparation of complex itineraries including a mix of products and to actively solicit, advise on best value, location, and mode of travel to clients in order to meet client needs whilst ensuring maximum customer service levels and satisfaction.
Specific Duties
- Managing a client portfolio
- Communicate directly to client in a professional manner via email/ phone/ direct sale meeting/ OTA channels (if any)
- Elaborating on tour programs according to clients’ request and consequently following sales department procedures
- Creating and sending quotations
- Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up after tour programs and ensure the successful completion of the tour program created
- Provide attentive, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers in an accurate and timely manner
- Participate fully as a team member to assist as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client, including selling additional products
- Submit sale report and revenue report on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis to manager
- Carry out other tasks assigned by manager to the best of their ability

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Excellent levels of both spoken and written English.
- At least 1 year of experience in F&B sales or luxury restaurant operations.
- Knowledge and experience in F&B sales or OTA channels are strong advantages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong teamwork attitude and professional networking skills to collaborate with peer-level management.
- Mature, self-motivated, and equipped with professional sales and customer service skills.
