Sales Engineer (Channel Sales)

• Oversee the sales performance, marketing, and promotion of the inverter product line. Develop and implement strategies to increase product penetration and sales across various channels.• Develop and implement channel strategies for low voltage drives and motors.• Manage and support existing distribution partners to ensure sales growth and alignment with company objectives.• Provide product training and basic technical support to distributors' sales teams• Coordinate with technical support teams to resolve product-related issues when needed• Monitor distributor performance including sales volume, inventory status, and market activities• Propose and execute promotional programs, pricing policies, and incentive schemes for channel partners• Collect and analyze market data and competitor activities to support business planning.• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all channel-related activities• Collaborate closely with BU and regional teams, suppliers to support customers and expand the business throughout Vietnam.
