Key Responsibilities:Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetrationEssential Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage and visit existing accounts, key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction- Build relationship and penetrate customer in territories- Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting NVPC (Non-Visit Potential Company)- Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively- Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy- Provide and present MT products and applications to customers- Provide on-site seminars to key account and e-seminar to generate territories- Comply with corporate guidelines- Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process- Manage project timeline & ensure project workflow
