Our Client are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join their team and be a part of their global operations.
Working location: District 3, HCM
(Candidate from HN can work remotely and come to the HCM office when required).

Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise with strong sales acumen to promote and sell power generation solutions. The role involves identifying prospect clients, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with the clients’ needs and their business goals. Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territories or markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Provide regular sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
Technical Consultation:
- Work closely with clients to understand their power generation requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Design and propose solutions tailored to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
- Keep updated with new products and technologies
Key Account Management:
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Finalizing the deals and following up order process with the factory
- Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining regular contact and providing exceptional customer service.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience as a sales engineer, BD, or similar technical sales role, preferably in power generation, electrical, or mechanical industries.
- Familiarity with generators, power systems, or energy solutions is highly desirable.
- Fluently in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively communicate or present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Technical problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to visit customers, and dealers (Ha Noi, Da Nang, etc…)
- Proactive and positive attitude, plus can be flexible for urgent matters.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
