WHAT WILL YOU DO WHILE YOU WOW:I. SALES PROFESSIONAL (80%):Key responsibilities:• Execute and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory (industrial cleaning equipment in the Quang Nam area).• Be accountable for and develop action plans to ensure product coverage and distribution.• Build and maintain strong relationships in the market to achieve business goals.Detailed tasks:1. Business Planning:• Develop sales routes and manage the customer list.• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.• Gather market insights and competitor activity information.2. Inventory and Supply Management:• Ensure timely, accurate, and complete delivery of goods at the correct price.• Minimize stock shortages through effective inventory management.3. Sales Performance:• Be responsible for sales targets set by the company.• Ensure cost-efficient sales operations and maximize profitability.4. Customer Relationship Management:• Build strong relationships with customers and promptly address their inquiries.• Seek out new customers and nurture existing ones.II. IT WOULD BE WOW IF YOU WOULD BRING THIS IN:• Bachelor’s or College degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.• Strong sales and communication skills.• Good problem-solving abilities.• Sales experience is required; experience in industrial equipment, cleaning machinery, or a wide network in the industry is preferred.• Prior experience in multinational companies is a plus.• Willingness to thrive in a high-pressure environment.• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
