Sales Events Director is responsible for formulating and executing strategic event sales initiatives, maximizing revenue potential, expanding corporate client relationships, and leading the sales team to exceed business objectives. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong commercial mindset and a proven ability to drive revenue growth within the events industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Sales & Business Development:• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for high-profile events, exhibitions, and conferences.• Identify market opportunities and design profitable event models that align with industry trends.• Establish long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance business expansion.2. Revenue Growth & Client Acquisition• Lead initiatives to identify, engage, and retain high-value corporate clients.• Secure and manage large-scale contracts, each valued at a minimum of 500 million VND.• Define and enforce ambitious revenue targets, ensuring each sales team member achieves a minimum of 2 billion VND annually.3. Event Execution & Operational Excellence:• Oversee seamless coordination between internal teams to ensure flawless event execution within scope, budget, and timelines.• Continuously evaluate event performance and implement strategies for business growth and efficiency improvements.4. Leadership & Team Development:• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Sales & Account Management team.• Foster a results-driven, professional, and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Requirements:• A minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, including: - At least 5 years in a leadership role such as Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Sales Manager, overseeing teams of 10 or more - At least 3-5 years of direct experience in event management, exhibitions, conferences, or the entertainment industry• Demonstrated ability to secure and negotiate high-value contracts (500 million VND+).• Proven track record in coaching and leading sales teams to achieve revenue targets of at least 2 billion VND per employee per year• In-depth knowledge of the technology-driven event landscape and corporate event needs, including multi-point virtual connectivity, live streaming, and digital transformation solutions• Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills• Strong strategic acumen, analytical capability, and swift decision-making abilities• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)Benefits:• Health insurance, social insurance, and Unemployment insurance following Vietnamese Labor laws• Laptop for work, free parking lot• Annual health check-ups & vaccination at the premium clinic• Internal workout activities: yoga, football, badminton• Annual travel, Team Building, Year End Party• Gifts for birthdays, giving-birth, weddings, illness, Mid-Autumn Festival, Lunar New Year, 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9….• Training course on technical & soft skills• 13th salary, annual bonus & salary adjustment review once a year• Working time: 8:15 – 17:30 from Mon to Fri
