The Sales Executive’s responsibility is to manage and handle all activities in the sales department with the objective to improve the business performance in regards of revenues, account and client management or the handling of any sales enquiries. The sales executives handle on an operational level the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities with a focus on B2B distribution. This includes but is not limited to the creation of lead business and new accounts, conducting sales calls and product training to relevant stakeholders, consult clients and accounts along the selling process, undertake defined account relationship management or doing market and competitor analysis.
1. Sales Management/Business development/Relationship Management/Lead Nurturing
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through defined sales activities (calls, meetings, mailings, webinars, product trainings, etc)
- Build and maintain relationships with current partners and prospects to continuously seek for new leads
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new product
- Plan, conduct and manage individual sales activities, collect and analyze information in order to prepare data and sales reports
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities or new prospects for business opportunitiesHandle partner's request
- Daily communication and consulting of B2B clients and accounts
- Ensure payments are accurately done
- Following up the customer services to ensure a high level of service.
- Incorporate wih other department to orgarnizing tours and services for clients.
- Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor
2. Reporting:
- Weekly and monthly sales report

QUALIFICATION AND KNOWLEDGE
- Graduate in business administration, economics, Tourism, or any related subject
- Fluent in English Communication
- Ability to negotiate and understand of sales funnel
- Passion for sales with a high service-minded attitude
- Able to conduct professional presentations
- Able to work multi-tasking under pressure
EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year at similar role with proven record of sales
SKILLS
- Very good Communicator and Networker in the team
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Software
- Positive and open personality
- Excellent organization skills
OTHER REQUIREMENT
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Flexibility to work overtime sometimes
- Ability to work well under pressure
