• Identify new accounts, forecast and explores business opportunities to achieve sales targets for all defined products at defined area - by developing and implementing sales strategies to ensure a competitive position in new market.• Develop long-term relationships with key contacts in assigned accounts and implement account management activities to build customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.• Coordinate and discuss with Suppliers technical & commercial issues to develop business benefiting both parties.• Coordinate & prepare & participate in Supplier visit and business discussions, liaise with customers and suppliers on follow-up action.• Prepare annual sales & profit forecast, provide projection to Department Manager for forecast and monitor of business plan.• Prepare and provide monthly sales activity reports including related market intelligence to Suppliers (where agreed upon) and Department Manager prior to given deadline. Maintain & continually update Company C4C.

• Bachelor in Food Technology.• Have at least 02 years solid experience in sales & business development of Food industry.• Self-motivated, sales acumen, negotiating skills and can work independently.• Good in English skill.• Able to travel to upcountry.
