Department/Section: Sales DepartmentReport to: API Sales ManagerSubordinates: YesJob Purpose: Assist to Sales Manager to manage Sales operation and build relationship with customer in the South of Viet NamJOB DETAILSSales Executive focus on sales activity of APIS sales team including: • Build relationship with customer in professional manner.• Pay customer visit as planned and gather market information including from information of customer, competitor and related entities.• Prepare Sales document including Sales Quotation, Sales Contract and Sales Notice… etc.• Get Purchasing Order from customer and provide the consultation to API Sales Manager.• Contact customer to get their Daily Delivery Plan and then notice to related people for implementation.• Work together with Accountant / Sales team for Customer payment. • Work together with Logistic team/QC team/Sales team for Packaging return.• Other assigned by API Sales Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
EDUCATION • Bachelor Graduate.SKILL• Good communication in English and Vietnamese. • Good listener.• Positive thinking with “can do attitude”, open-minded and customer service mindset.• Strong experience in building relationship with customer and to be sensitive in capture of idea/thinking from the customer • Own a basic negotiation skill/report skill. • Follow principle strictly and can create new idea/solution. • Love accuracy and pay attention to the details.• More soft-skill will be an advantage.EXPERIENCE• At least 5 year working experience in Sales.• Proficiency in preparation and set up plan.• Good appearance.• Knowledge of can-making industry shall be an advantage.Benefits:13th and 14th-month bonusesWorking hours: 44 hours/week (Two Saturdays a month)Shuttle service along National Route 13 to the companyAnnual vacationAnnual salary increase2-month probation period
