Job Summary : The Sales Executive main responsibility lies in supporting the commercial growth of the business unit. This involve new customers, maintaining strong customer base and relationship.Reports to: • Regional Business Development Manager• Sales Manager (Vietnam) Duties and Responsibilities• Develop product sales from customer database and meet the budget set forth by Management.• To build customer base in various industries such as coating, ink, adhesives and plastic.• To prepare for new segment penetration as set forth in business strategy.• Products for sales activities include both solvents and performance chemicals.• To build strong customer relationship and manage customer requirements• Ensuring prompt payment from customer.• Develop, retain and maintain good relationship with customers through regular contacts and meetings to exchange market information and development• Collaboration with other functions and utilizing existing planning, monitoring and forecasting tools to achieve planned sales volumes as per budget.• Collecting feedback from customers, through active listening and monitoring, to learn customer’s needs and develop strategies to meet customer’s requirements to fulfill what our client has promised.• To conduct marketing study, market segmentation, netback comparison and other special projects to develop new and innovative business.

- Education : Degree or Equivalent in Chemistry related or Business.- Experience : 2-5 Years of sales.- Others : • Good coordination and administration skills• Good Team player• Good command in spoken and written English language• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
