- Develop comprehensive knowledge of Geniee’s mobile advertising ecosystem and effectively communicate these solutions to potential app publisher partners- Understand mobile SDK implementation, ad formats specific to mobile environments, and app monetization best practicesIdentify and acquire new mobile app publishers through strategic outreach, networking, and consultative sales approaches- Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while building a sustainable pipeline of mobile app publisher opportunities- Stay ahead of mobile advertising trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position our solutions effectively- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to publishers for optimizing ad placement, formats, and overall monetization strategy

Must-have: - Good English communication- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and performance optimization- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goalsNice-to-have: - Experience working with mobile app developers and publishers- Experience in mobile advertising ecosystem (ad formats, bidding mechanisms, SDK integration) is a plus- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
