Identify, qualify, and contact potential hotel partners of the assigned area;
Do contracting process with new hotel partners and contract renewal with
existing partners;
Take part in meetings with hotel partners and Travel agencies;
Develop a solid working knowledge of the company’s products, competitors
and channels;
Liaison person for hotels to contact when they have problems or questions;
Providing hotels with information and advice by email, including follow-ups;
Prepare detailed proposals that include hardware, software, and services in
order to meet or exceed customer requests;
Take care of sales negotiations and contracts;
Analyze opportunities by researching the industry and market trends;
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Required Language: English
Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and
Outlook.
Ability to work in a fast-paced growing company environment and quickly adapt
to change.
Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly, and ability to work independently
Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
Team player, motivated, and enjoys working in the hospitality industry
PREFERRED SKILLS
OTA Contract experienced people preferred;
Experience using the PMS system
Preferential Language: Korea
