- Achieve sales goals and quotas as assigned by management.- Support and maintain good relationships with customers and build strong relationships with key accounts.- Develop new customers such as hospitals, hotel and clinics through cold calling, visiting and other applicable methods as new customer development.- Responsible for timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks such as daily reports, monthly reports, expense reports, etc.- Provide market trends and competitive field activity information to company management and propose sales strategies.- Develop and manage the behavior of subordinates if any in the future.- Preparation of bidding documents, etc.* Current client: Hospital. After bidding, we provide linen and clothing washing services to hospitals.- Any other tasks as assigned by General Director

* Necessary Skill / Experience- Bachelor's Degree- Age: 27-35- Language skills: Japanese Skills or English Skills at Business Level- Having more than 3 years of working experience as Sales or Sales assistant level- Have good experience in new client’s development- Communication Skills: Smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.- Problem-Solving Skills: Resolving labor issues and office management issues.* Preferable Skill / Experience- Having experience in hospital-related business or the healthcare industry or Linen service industry- Having good relationship with the hospital or clinic- Having working experience in a Japanese company- Having both English and Japanese skills- Good understanding of Japanese company's culture- Can work flexible
