1- Overall purpose- Deploy and execute sale programs and activities at all marketing and sale channels to reach sales target- Contribute in the implementation of sale strategies to increase sales and brand awareness2- Key responsibilities and duties - Sales activities • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Dealers. • Act as the primary point of contact for Dealer to address their needs and ensure satisfactions and profitable business for Dealers and company • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target assigned for both employee and Dealers • Proposing sales plan to Dealers by their business characteristic for suitable product line up • Monitoring closely with Dealers about their inventory for sell-in and sell-out status • Customize solution to match Dealers’ needs and present tailored proposal and presentation • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solution for Dealers such as: • Hanle negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, etc... according to company policy • Proposing and seeking approval for solution to support Dealers’ if necessary to maintain sales target • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any Dealer issues or concerns • Close deals efficiency while maintaining profitability and Dealers’ satisfactions. - Market Research and Sales channels • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, market demands to refine sales strategies • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams base on market/Dealers’ insights • Develop sale channels and build networking to enhance the sales for reaching company sales target assigned. • Identify and target prospective business potentials through research, networking, and referrals - Reporting & Documentation: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, Dealers interactions • Prepare regular sales report to track progress against goals or any other task assigned by line managers • Make periodic report to comply with the company’s direction and manager requirements - Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

3- Required working experience • At least 2 years, relevant working experience in Sales and Marketing4- Required qualifications • BA degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration.5- Required languages • English proficiency6- Required knowledge and skills • Sales skills • Business acumen • Communication and relationship building • Customer focus with effective customer handling skills • Problem solving skills • Dedicated, self-motivated and integrity
