Mô Tả Công Việc
- Prepare and follow up on sales contracts after approval by the DOSM or Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement services for clients and ensure timely execution.
- Prepare sales materials, proposals, quotations, contracts, and service introduction documents for clients.
- Manage and maintain client records, contracts, and other sales documents in a systematic manner.
- Receive and handle client inquiries and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
- Update and maintain the customer database, tracking transaction history and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing sales activities, events, and client meetings in line with the sales plan.
- Prepare periodic sales reports as required by management.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure service quality and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the DOSM or Sales Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven experience in sales job will be consider as a plus;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Proficiency in English;
- Well-organized and responsible in problem-solving;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
- A team player with high level of dedication.
