About the Role:Joola is No.1 pickleball brand in the world. Joola rapidly expanding its influence in Vietnam’s pickleball community, and we’re looking for a motivated, personable Sales Executive to build and nurture relationships with partners, coaches and pickleball facilities across the country. In this role, you’ll play a key part in growing our brand by establishing partnerships with brands, pickleball coaches and facility owners, supporting brand visibility, driving sales, and enhancing pickleball’s presence nationwide. This position demands strong communication skills, a passion for sports, and a proactive attitude toward customer relationships and brand representation.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and Manage Partnerships with Pickleball Coaches and Facilities• Identify and approach new and established pickleball coaches and facilities across Vietnam, promoting Joola’s partnership programs.• Introduce Joola’s coach and facility partnership benefits, securing agreements that establish them as Joola ambassadors and branded locations.• Coordinate onboarding and ensure coaches and facilities have the resources needed to promote and sell Joola products.2. Promotion and Program Support• Lead the promotion of the RPO (RacketPro.org) platform to coaches and the Facility Program, explaining benefits, handling registration, and supporting both parties in utilizing these services.• Provide branded gear, promotional materials, and pro-shop set-ups to coaches and facilities, ensuring they are equipped to represent Joola professionally.• Facilitate sponsorship packages, including Joola-branded paddles, balls, banners, clothing, and event support for both coaches and facilities.3. Relationship Management and Customer Support• Serve as the primary point of contact for coaches, facility owners, and staff, addressing inquiries, managing product orders, and maintaining ongoing communication to foster long-term loyalty.• Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships, offering support, guidance, and promotional resources as needed.4. Sales and Promotion Coordination• Drive product sales through coaches and facility pro-shops, equipping partners with tools and incentives to promote and sell Joola paddles and gear.• Collaborate with coaches and facility partners to organize special promotions, training clinics, tournaments, and events that increase Joola’s brand visibility and customer engagement.5. Market Research and Reporting• Conduct market research to stay informed of new facilities, industry trends, and opportunities within Vietnam’s pickleball landscape.• Maintain detailed records of partnerships, agreements, and sales data, providing regular updates and insights to management.
