• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, property agents, and industry stakeholders and key decision makers.• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Also ability to get the market and customer insight with latest market situation update via connections and network.• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.• Prepare and present proposals, draft contracts, cross-selling products of other WHA Group’s hub to prospective clients.• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts.• Able to work independently with regular 1-on-1 coaching.• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus on industrial estate, industrial property, supply-chain, or logistics industry.• Background in 3PL, Warehouse, Solutions design are welcome.• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• English and Chinese will be minimum requirement (Chinese at business communication)• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
