- Answering incoming calls; taking message and re-directing calls as required
- Contact and follow up inquiries with agents
- Contact with accounts for payments/process
- Contact with reservations for support
- Contact with Travel Agent for checking flight ticket
- Check and follow up inquiries report
- Mailing documents
- Providing administration support
- Weekly meeting reports
- Consolidate month end report
- Contact with accountants and travel agent for monthly flight ticket liability
- Support for processing entertainment/ business trip/ laundry/ taxi/ purchase request/ voucher request/ HR & leave record
- Issue and follow up contract/ allotment/ barter/ special offer agreements signed
- Consolidate year end reports
- Support for calendar of trips, marketing, promotions, events
- Liaise effectively with all operational colleagues, providing support and information to ensure accurate delivery of our promise. Be the ‘go to’ person for all matters related to sales, marketing, distribution and rates for all hotel colleagues.
- Ensure that all paperwork associated with the work of the department is processed quickly and efficiently, including letters, emails, contracts and reports.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Third or final year student majors in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality or Journalism
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and efficient.
- Highly motivated with “can do” attitude.
