Sales Area: • Develop business opportunities with agents/ partners in the network and arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients.• Searching new clients and developing new business with local shipper/ consignee, local factories under IVTRANS ‘s service.• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.• Constantly update information on the market.• Identify service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.• Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations and financial goals of the department.Training & Development Area:• Participate in the recruitment process of the Sales Team.• Recognize their talents and continuously train, develop all team members.• Weekly meet with the Sales Team and support them.
