- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and retention
- Identify new business opportunities through sales calls, networking, and events
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and service delivery
- Conduct client visits, site inspections, and property tours
- Manage and update CRM data with timely follow-ups
- Represent the property at trade shows and sales activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Target-driven and self-motivated with proven sales results
- Knowledge of Korean and/or Chinese market is a plus
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Korean/Chinese) preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
- Committed to sustainability (ESG/CSR), compliance, and food safety standards
