With a strong focus on technology and operational excellence, we are committed to delivering innovative, high-quality logistics services.We are currently seeking Sales Manager (B2B Logistics – FMCG & Retail, B2B Logistics – Industrial Zones) to drive market expansion and develop strategic partnerships with major FMCG, retail clients and Industrial Zones. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in B2B logistics, and tailored logistics solutions for high-demand industries.Responsibilities:• Expand and strengthen the B2B customer network, focusing on key industries such as FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Warehousing• Negotiate and secure contracts with corporate clients (e.g., supermarket chains, manufacturers, and distributors) to drive revenue growth• Provide consulting on B2B logistics solutions, including optimal transportation models, warehousing, and fulfillment services• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service execution, transparent tracking, and optimized lead times• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing B2B Sales team, setting clear KPIs and optimizing deal closure rates• Analyze market data, monitor business performance, and propose pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.• Generate periodic reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends to optimize revenue growth.
