Mô Tả Công Việc
- Generate revenue and maximize the hotel’s market share for MICE, Dosmetic, Leisure throughout agressive sales
- Develop marketing materials for the hotel (target: MICE, Domestic, Leisure)
- Maintain good relationships and extend attentive service to existing productive accounts
- Ensure smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales on all matters
- To promote the image of the hotel in order to create opportunities that will contribute to the profitability of the hotel
- Work closely with the Revenue Manager to ensure the proposed rate and the proper distribution of room sales
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2-year working experience in hotel MICE, Dosmetic & Leisure preferably international hotel
- Bachelor or License academy in Business Administration school or Hotel Management school.
- Sales acument/ persuasive
- Competent desktop software user
- Fluency in English and the national language, a third language would be a plus
- Excellent rapport-building skills, outgoing, presentable, friendly, and sociabl
