Mô Tả Công Việc
- Conduct sales presentations/negotiation/ contracting in order to win orders, tenders and contracts.
- Systematically and effectively cover all requests/needs of customers, with focus on Banquet & MICE segment within the assigned territory in order to ensure maximum productivity.
- Ensure all sales leads are properly followed up, traced and if the business is confirmed, to ensure proper handover to the respective colleagues concerned.
- Achieve sales targets and to keep reporting on weekly basis.
- Prepare weekly and quarterly Sales Action Plan.
- Conduct frequent market and competitors analysis in order to proactively anticipate the, demand requirements.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, events, catering, etc.).
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, agencies, and individual customers.
- Prepare sales plans, proposals, quotations, contracts, and follow up on execution.
- Coordinate with F&B operation, kitchen, and marketing teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor revenue performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and propose sales improvement solutions.
- Manage, train, and support the F&B sales team (if applicable).
- Prepare periodic sales and revenue reports for Management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality management.

- At least one years experience in the same position, preferably in the BANQUET & MICE segmentations.
- A go-getter and self motivating individual.
- Good command of English a must.
- Good literacy of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Office Outlook, Internet Explorer.
