• To represent Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai in all areas, internally and externally, to the highest standard, in line with established guidelines and procedures.
• Overall, reports directly to the Director of Sales and Management Development review to be conducted by Director of Sales with input from relevant management of the resort including General Manager and Director of Marketing.
Sales & Marketing Support
• To work closely with Sales & Marketing team (Director of Marketing, Director of Sales and Director of PR & Communications) on a daily basis as it pertains to sales and marketing activities for your responsible markets.
• To work closely with WSO offices on group business.
Profit
• To understand the Marketing Plan and objectives so as to maximize revenues while carrying out the sales and marketing activities for the resort.
Functional

• Understand the Marketing Plan and Budget for the resort as necessary.
• Understand Four Seasons Management Operating Standards (MOS) for Sales and Marketing. Carry out responsibilities in line with these standards.
• Strong focus on new business development.
• The ability to make telephone and personal sales calls on accounts in assigned market areas. Follow up promptly with appropriate action to support telephone and personal sales calls.
• The ability to do conduct effective presentation of our properties with wholesalers, meeting planners, travel agents and corporate accounts.
• The ability to travel and solicit business designated by the marketing plan.
• The ability to qualify and follow-up on all leads and maintain a good relationship with Four Seasons Worldwide Sales Office and other Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts
• The ability to evaluate, solicit, sell and confirm business as required to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
• The ability to create group proposals and follow up for all groups.
• The ability to develop data and recommend programs to meets client’s needs as well as recommend alternate proposals.
• The ability to sell all resort services.
• The ability to coordinate with other Department Heads to ensure quality of guest/group satisfaction.
• The ability to contact customers to promote good will and foster additional business, repeat bookings or referrals to other Four Seasons Hotels via P2P.
• The ability to follow-up on progress of booked business.
• The ability to maintain an effective plan of correspondences.
• The ability to use Golden Sales & Catering / Sales & Catering systems, Meeting Broker and Cvent.
• The ability to report on a monthly basis against action plan/goal.
• The ability to keep supervisors promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance coming to his/her attention so prompt corrective action can be taken where appropriate.
Specific Responsibilities
• Works directly with Director of Sales and Director of Marketing on a daily/weekly basis for sales management in relevant territory.
• Specific goals to be put in place and agreed upon each year. Monthly review of production goals will be conducted.
• A Golden Sales & Catering report of activity will be sent to each Director of Sales and Director of Marketing every Friday by the close of the business day.
• This position will not have any signing authority of contracts for the resort.
• Wholesale and Group contracts will be issued from the HCMC sales offices and signed by the Director of Marketing.
Leisure & Wholesale
• Monthly review of competition – packages & pricing.
• Monthly review of supply/updates of new competition.
• Monthly review of Pace & OTB of all wholesale accounts.
• Negotiate optimal positions in all wholesale brochures.
• Development and manage marketing activities for all key accounts including corporate leisure.
Group
• Group proposals to be reviewed by Director of Sales prior to sending to the customers by the Sales Manager.
• All group contracts to be reviewed by Director of Sales and/or Director of Marketing. After signature by the Director of Marketing and/or General Manager, the sales manager may forward to the client and follow up accordingly.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 3 (three) years experience and in a luxury hotel.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Analytical and problem solver.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Management skill ability to supervise, guide and give direction to subordinate.
- Ability to be assertive.
- Knowledge of general knowledge about hotel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of current market situation and trends.
- Knowledge of good administration
