- Be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering-related opportunities. Actively conduct sales and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Achieve personal and team related revenue goals. Ensure business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Maintain efficient and accurate filing system related to sales records and reports. Seek ways to be updated on relevant changes in the industry, market, competitors, etc. for effective sales strategies and plans. Build strong and professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders related to hotel business.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Perfectly bilingual English and Vietnamese in both written and spoken
- Proven records of corporate/ wholesales strategy development, sales achievements and guest satisfaction
- Good understanding of corporate/ wholesales key accounts and seasons
- Able to source business proactively, build relationships with bookers and decision makers, including senior executives of companies
- Able to lead junior sales or admin associates in order to produce the administrative work
- Able to understand and prepare proposals and contracts for all market segments
- Creative, well organized, willing to work under high pressure
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Opera system)
- Good management skills
- College or bachelor degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- A minimum five-year experience in the hospitality industry
- Three year in a similar position in requested business segment within a luxury brand
