■ Key Responsibilities1. Management of Local Buyers and Partners in Vietnam• Maintain and manage a list of local buyers and respond to key inquiries• Identify and build long-term relationships with core partners• Establish and review contract terms and key performance indicators (KPIs) with partner companies2. Contact and Information Management• Regularly update and systematically manage buyer contact information• Maintain customer databases using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word• Collect market intelligence and buyer data; manage related reports3. Sales Strategy Planning and Collaborative Network Operation• Develop and implement sales strategies in close collaboration with the HQ sales team• Coordinate weekly/monthly work activities and reports with relevant organizations (e.g., DGMC Association, Hantech Consulting, etc.)• Facilitate strategic communication and collaboration with institutions and companies in Vietnam• Serve as a local contact hub for sales operations4. General Administration and External Communication• Liaise with the HQ Finance and HR teams for administrative coordination• Handle procedures with local government offices and manage administrative tasks Employment Details- (Contract Type) Contract (based on Viet Nam labor law)- (Work Type) Office work (Vietnam time: 8:00~17:00, 5 days a week, 40 hours, full-time)- (Contract Salary) [Monthly salary, after tax 16,000,000 ~ 20,000,000 VND +1% sales incentive] * Contract salary to be negotiated based on experience upon final acceptance- (Work Location) Northern Vietnam (Ha Noi)- (Salary Conditions) To be determined after negotiation based on regulations and profiles
