• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales and business development.• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• In-depth knowledge of global logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
