• Executes sales strategy and develops action plans for area of responsibility in line with strategic priorities• Execute key end-user account management and project management.• Service existing markets and increase penetration through the implementation of marketing promotions, programs and sales leads• Build and manage distributor relationships, motivate and train authorized industrial distributors to sell products and solutions.• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams• Prepare regular reports of sale progress and forecasts• Make recommendations on business development activity

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or any related field. • At least five (5) years of related working experience, preferably in the adhesive industry. • Experience in textile and manufacturing is highly preferred. • Understanding of manufacturing process will be highly preferred. • A team player, self-motivated, result oriented, dedicated, curious to learn new things, self-driven, strong analytical mind and well organized. • Good English communication skills.
