Main Duties Những Nhiệm Vụ Chính:
With Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales plan sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve budget.
Sell all facets of the hotel and cross sell other Hotels Group properties.
Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
Handle accounts/prospects independently, showing ownership and good communication ability to win the business.
Conduct familiarizations and site inspections.
Maintain a regular sales call pattern.
Monitor competitive set activities and communicate tactical changes to Director.
Attend regular meetings.
Entertain prospects and existing key accounts with the view to sustain business and generate further sales.
Report as required on sales activities and successes.
Build profile in market place.
Assist Group Director of Sales with collateral distribution and direct mail campaigns.
Develop and maintain contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel Business.
Work in line with business requirements, team work.
Required good time management.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.

- Tối thiểu 02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương.
- Có chuyên ngành Quản trị Khách sạn
- Có kinh nghiệm ở ngành Khách sạn 4*/5*.
