The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and achieve salestargets.• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.• Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
