1. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve Revenue goals and targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the corporate, leisure, and group market segments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential sources of business.
- Seek for new businesses through networking, cold calling, and direct outreach.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain a strong network of contacts to drive business to the property.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Act as a liaison between clients and operation team to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
3. Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Research and update on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to explore new sales opportunities.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales performance reports, including booking pace, lost business analysis, and market share updates.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to develop actionable strategies for future growth.
- Weekly/Monthly report to Director of Property Sales & Destination Marketing
4. Event Coordination & Support:
- Work closely with the event and operation teams to ensure smooth coordination of group bookings, meetings, and special events.
- Assist clients with event planning, from initial inquiries to execution, ensuring the hotel meets their expectations.
5. Pricing & Contract Negotiations:
- Develop sales action plan with all competitive Promotion packages and pricing strategies.
- Working with Golf team to develop the Stay & Play package and any competitive Golf packages combination with LP room.
- Negotiate group, corporate, and long-term contracts to secure business and maximize revenue.
6. Promotions & Marketing:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising, social media channels, sales campaign to target markets.
- Assist in organizing sales blitzes, client events, and FAM trips.
7. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team KPI.
8. Budget Management: Manage the sales department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Minimum 2 year ( similar line of sales)
• Good English language skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to understand asses and persuade individuals.
• Some knowledge of working practices of a golf club.
• Ability to cope with pressure
