• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and margin targets.• Manage global key accounts and oversee acquisition of new clients in logistics and supply chain sectors.• Lead negotiations with customers regarding Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF) pricing, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) pricing, foreign exchange (FX) rates, and quarterly volume allocations.• Supervise the quotation process for FX and logistics costs; ensure timely and competitive offers.• Represent the company in annual E-tender processes and strategic bidding activities.• Collaborate with Planning, Procurement, CSR, and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and service delivery.• Coordinate with Finance Department on FX reconciliation and credit terms.• Monitor market trends including interest rates, logistics fees, and FX fluctuations to provide timely recommendations and proactive actions.• Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.• Mentor and develop the sales team; set up KPIs and conduct performance reviews.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade or related fields.• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain industries.• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving performance.• Strong command of English in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Solid understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), especially CIF and DDP.• Familiarity with FX market operations and pricing mechanisms.Preferred Qualifications• Experience working with multinational clients and participating in global tenders.• Knowledge of ERP systems and CRM tools.• Certifications in logistics or supply chain (e.g., APICS, CILT) are a plus.
