1. Leasing Sales:
- Focus on leasing retail and office spaces to new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to fill vacant spaces and maximize occupancy.
- Reach out to potential clients, identify their needs, and match them with available spaces.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Negotiate leasing terms with clients and ensure satisfaction to secure long-term agreements.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure leasing goals are met.
3. Business Development:
- Identify new potential clients and expand the customer base.
- Approach and attract reputable retailers, companies, groups, and brands to lease spaces.
- Negotiate leasing terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal regulations
- Continuously monitor the leasing market to identify new opportunities and trends.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and meet leasing targets to ensure maximum occupancy for retail and office spaces.
- Track progress and adjust strategies as necessary to meet leasing objectives.
5. Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Provide regular updates to management on leasing activities, client feedback, and occupancy status.
- Analyze leasing data to improve strategies and ensure the achievement of sales goals.
6. Other Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
- Coordinate with other departments to implement marketing activities and provide customer support.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal regulations and company policies. Stay updated on legal changes related to leasing.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in leasing sales, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a management position with a proven track record of filling vacant spaces.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to find new clients and close leasing deals efficiently.
- Proficient in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
