- Manage and develop sales activities for rooms, events, and hotel services.
- Seek, maintain, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and travel agencies.
- Prepare sales plans, monitor revenue performance, and achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure excellent service quality and guest experience.
- Lead, train, and support the sales team while keeping updated with market trends.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel/resort.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
- Responsible and committed to the job.
