Mô Tả Công Việc
- Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned geographic/business market with the objective of exceeding the budgeted room revenue
- Adopt a clear and strategic that drives up spend per head, while keeping operational costs to a minimum
- Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the DOSM
- Conducting a minimum of 20 physical sales calls per week
- Conduct telesales activity as directed
- Service existing accounts and maximise their business for other services
- Research and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients
- Meet and entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship
- Maintain regular contact with all clients and report and adverse comments to management for rectification
- Keep our marketing database up-to-date with detailed profiles of corporate accounts
- Constantly monitor and report on competitor activities including promotions, special rates and events
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing or related fields;
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in 5-star settings;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in Vietnamese and English, outstanding persuasion skills, critical thinking and customer service;
- Good knowledge in food & beverage industry
- Good command of computer skills (MS Office);
- Strong organizational skills; time management; self-motivated and result-oriented.
