- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and retention
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales activities and networking
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet targets
- Analyze market trends and competitors to build effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and service delivery
- Conduct client visits, site inspections, and property tours
- Manage CRM data with timely updates and follow-ups
- Represent the property at trade shows and sales events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
- Target-driven with a proven ability to achieve results
- Knowledge of international markets (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, FITs)
- Fluent in English; additional Indian/APEC languages are a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional, customer-focused mindset
- Committed to sustainability, compliance, and food safety standards
