We specialize in supplying valves, pumps, compressors, mechanical seals, and rotating equipment to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Heavy Industry sectors.As the exclusive representative of global brands such as Flowserve, we combine world-class technology with local expertise through our 2 offices and 3 service workshops across Vietnam.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager (Aftermarket Business) to lead and expand our Flowserve Seals, Pumps, and Rotating Equipment aftermarket business.This role is accountable for:• Driving aftermarket revenue growth from spare parts, refurbishment, upgrades, and service contracts.• Developing strong customer relationships in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industry sectors.• Leading and coaching the sales team to deliver sustainable business performance.You will play a key leadership role in shaping TTE’s aftermarket business and strengthening our long-term partnerships with industrial clients.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute aftermarket sales strategy to achieve revenue, profit, and growth targets.• Lead and mentor a team of sales engineers to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.• Maintain and expand key customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.• Drive sales of genuine Flowserve spare parts, seal replacements, equipment refurbishment, and service contracts.• Collaborate with service engineers and workshops to deliver maintenance, repair, and reliability solutions.• Oversee proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization for major deals.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for strategic decision-making.• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for management.Why Join Us?• Lead the aftermarket business of a market leader in Vietnam.• Represent Flowserve and other global OEMs with a strong installed base in Oil & Gas and Heavy Industry.• Be empowered with clear bonus mechanisms and growth opportunities.• Build your career in a fast-growing industrial solutions company.

Must Have:• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.• Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales management (preferably aftermarket, pumps, seals, or rotating equipment in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors).• Languages: Proficiency in English (technical & commercial).Nice To Have:• Leadership: Proven track record in building and developing high-performance sales teams.• Skills: Strong solution-selling, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiation skills.• Mindset: Strategic, result-oriented, and able to balance short-term wins with long-term business growth.
