Duties and Responsibilities
Key Planning & Analytics Responsibilities:
• Develop data-driven sales plans and booking goals for the travel agent / corporate portfolio
• Continuously analyse agent/corporate booking trends, metrics, and performance data
Key Relationship Management Duties:
• Own end-to-end relationship management for our top travel agency/ corporate accounts
• Organize site inspection trips for key accounts
• Represent our property at key tradeshows and events
Key Revenue Growth Responsibilities:
• Craft innovative incentive programs to drive incremental agent/corporate bookings
• Identify and on-board new strategic travel agency/ corporate partnerships
• Increase sales revenue and market share year-over-year
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 3 + years in hotel/hospitality sales
- • Proven track record of developing travel agent/ corporate relationships and sales
- • Success managing key accounts portfolio and key strategic partnerships
- • Experience representing properties at tradeshows and sales events
- • Knowledge of travel industry sales tactics, incentives and metrics
- • Proficiency analysing booking data to inform sales strategy
- • Analytical with strong problem solving skills
- • Entrepreneurial drive and negotiation skills
- • Fluent in English (oral and written)
