Mô Tả Công Việc
- Receive, check and confirm Purchase Orders, issue PO to related departments.
- Input PO in ERP system, track and request customs declaration/ delivery to customers.
- Work with internal team (PMC, QC, Shipping, Accounting, Warehouse,...) to deliver on time and resolve customer complaints if any.
- Process RFQ for new projects and submit quotation to customers.
- Collect and analyze customer needs and report to Supversior/ Manager in order to make decision and implement customer-based strategy for sustainable business growth of the company.
- Monitor and perform work task/sales report.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Proven work experience in Sales & Marketing function in a similar organization.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in English.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills.
- BS/ BA degree or equivalent.
