Sales Growth:
- Devise and implement the overall sales & marketing plan for the taprooms and actively monitor its progress in terms of achieving bookings and revenues.
- Actively contacting corporate companies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to increase sales across taprooms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up all new corporate guests to obtain feedback on stay
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies and meet targets.
Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Co-ordination and maintenance of all sales literature & campaigns and a required be involed in the production of marketing materials.
Customer Engagement:
- Organize and participate in events, promotions, and tastings to engage with customers and create memorable experiences.
- Attendance and representation of company during public trade fairs, consumers shows and key industry events.
- Gather customer feedback to understand preferences and improve product offerings and services.
- Ensure that the brand message and customer experience are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Show a-round of the PSCB and participation in varous corporate entertainment events.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities within the craft beer industry.
- Use insights from market research to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Carry out competitor research and analyse, both other breweries and FnB trend.
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to the management team to support decision-making.
- Compilation of performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of the craft beer market and consumer behavior in Vietnam.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- To arrive for work in apparent company uniform, well groomed, and presenting a professional appearance to our guests.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for craft beer and a commitment to promoting quality products.

Quyền Lợi
- 13th month salary: According to the provisions of the Labor Law and Company Regulations.
- Travel allowance and per diem: According to Company policy.
- Insurance: Compulsory social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance are complied with Vietnamese Law. Besides, you are entitled to the Health Insurance package paid by the Company.
- Holidays: You will have 10 days off and receive full salary according to Vietnam Labor Law.
- Annual leave: You will have 12 annual leave days for 1 year and 12 months.
