- Solicit all mark segments by using various means of communication. I.e., telephone, email, in-person visits, trade shows, etc.
- Establish and maintain all contractual agreements.
- Develop marketing and sales promotions and strategies in collaboration with General Manager and Home Office.
- Maintain pro-active sales and marketing plans with General Manager and Home Office.
- Collaborate with General Manager to prepare department budgets and overall sales objectives and strategies.
- Participate in weekly and monthly staff and sales meetings.
- Ensure current and prospective client database are maintained.
- Utilize best practices of Revenue Management by working closely with the company Revenue Manager, including rate reviews, high impact dates, etc.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Technical aptitude and computer proficiency required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - Honest, thorough working, stand the pressure of KPI
- Operating experience: at least 3 years in a four-star or higher hotel. Used to manage in any hotel around this area is an advantage.
- Good at English, knowing Korean is a plus point
- Proficient in Ms Office and hotel management software
- Qualification: College or higher specialized in management hospitality or economics or tourism.
