Strategic Growth: • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to advance MIMS Vietnam's mission and business goals. This includes:o Listing BU: Promote drug information across various platforms such as books, websites, apps, brochures, banners, and printed materials.o Medcom BU: Expand communication services including content creation for print and digital media, event management, and production of educational and promotional videos.o MPF BU: Enhance and extend marketing platforms to offer clients comprehensive omni-channel communication solutions.• Stay updated with industry trends to support strategic account planning, ensuring proposals are both innovative and aligned with client needs.• Build and execute a strategic partnerships plan with healthcare organizations (HCOs) to support MIMS's overall business, focusing on MOUs and long-term collaboration with key HCOs.Client-Focused Solutions: • Develop and nurture strong client and partner relationships, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs to provide tailored solutions.• Lead business development initiatives to meet revenue targets, collaborating on account planning with the account service team to identify growth opportunities.• Cultivate consultative relationships with clients and HCOs to drive account expansion.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and regionally to propose strategic multi-channel solutions that surpass client expectationsSales Leadership: • Utilize industry expertise to design and implement strategies that meet revenue targets and KPIs.• Provide leadership and coaching to business managers and MSE managers, strengthening sales performance and client relationships.• Facilitate Master Services Agreements and preferred supplier status with key accounts as appropriate.• Oversee the RFI and RFP processes, prepare detailed proposals and budget estimates, and lead client and procurement negotiations to maintain profitability.Operational Excellence: • Optimize the sales process, generate insightful performance reports, and work with the Business Director to maximize business opportunities.Team Player: • Collaborate with editorial and project teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.Regional Collaboration:• Partner with the regional team to maintain MIMS’s reputation for excellence and contribute to service development in Vietnam.

• Proven Success: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field, with a track record of strong sales performance and deep understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape.• Negotiation Expert: Skilled in negotiation management, able to effectively navigate and overcome objections.• Excellent Communicator: Confidently present, facilitate meetings, and communicate clearly and persuasively in both English and Vietnamese.• Passionate Advocate: Driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the healthcare community.
